Panagiotis Chanos from Greece is the winner of the Fiamma World Barista Open 2026!
After two days of competition and three challenges, Panagiotis took first place, joined on the podium by Yevhen Mazur (Ukraine) in second and Emerson Nascimento (Brazil) in third.
It was an intense two days, marked by skill, creativity, passion for coffee and plenty of camaraderie among the 8 baristas from different countries.
Congratulations to all the participants of the 5th edition of Fiamma’s informal barista competition, held right here at the espresso machine factory.
