The new factory is inaugurated, in the newly created Zona Industrial da Taboeira, in Aveiro, with an area of 3000m2.
The success achieved with espresso coffee machines and catering equipment led to the opening of new branches and, in 2001, the factory increased its facilities to an area of 6000m2.
The company's 25th anniversary is marked with the launch of the iconic PRESTIGE espresso coffee machine, which would become one of the biggest sales successes of its time.
Fiamma enters a new era of development becoming a recognized innovative company, namely with the launch of the Compass DualBoiler espresso machine. At this point, the company already exports 60% of its production to 65 countries.
With the launch of the Astrolab espresso machine, Fiamma presents much more than a new model. It's a spectacular technological statement, with an iconic design, that allows the company to enter market segments that were not accessible before. The factory is expanded again, now with 8000m2.
At a stage still heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the company is working on expanding its facilities to 10,000 m2, while the new semi-professional machine, NAU, is born, already one of the most beloved models by its customers.
